This was a property affected by rising damp, we removed all the water damaged plaster to a suitable height in different areas and implemented a new damp proof course. Then, using a specialist plaster, we integrated another damp proofing system above the dpc, to help protect the property even further. We then finished the job with a fresh coat of multifinish skim and brand new skirting boards.
These customers wanted us to water proof their cellar to create a brand new storage area in their home. We implemented a complete tanking barrier on all the walls and the floor, with layers of a cementitious slurry and a specialist plaster, then a continuous extractor fan for condensation. The cellar was then rounded off with a brand new floor screed and finishing plaster.

This property had been struggling with multiple areas of rising damp, penetrating damp and condensation. We injected a brand new damp proof course throughout the entire home, then removed and replastered with the suitable system. After installing 3 new continuous extractor fans we then fixed the gutters and fully sealed the exterior of the house with a waterproofing paint system, which not only looks great, but also has insulating factors and completely blocks out the rain and any other water.
